1. 적용 범위
주식회사 미니멈스튜디오(Minimum Studio Corp.)는 CatGirl Survivor Complete Edition(캣걸서바이버 완전판)의 로그인, 업적, 온라인 순위표, 게임 저장 및 고객지원에 필요한 정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 이 방침은 에픽게임즈 스토어의 완전판에 적용됩니다. 에픽 계정, 스토어 결제, 런처 등 에픽게임즈가 독립적으로 제공하는 서비스에는 에픽게임즈의 개인정보처리방침도 적용됩니다.
2. 처리하는 정보와 목적
로그인과 계정 연결: 에픽 계정 식별자, 게임 서비스 사용자 식별자 및 표시명을 이용합니다. 기본 프로필 권한에는 계정 언어와 연결된 계정의 표시명이 포함될 수 있습니다. 미니멈스튜디오는 에픽 계정의 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다.
업적: 해제한 업적, 해제 시점 및 게임 저장 파일의 업적 진행도를 기록하여 달성 상태를 표시하고 동기화합니다.
온라인 순위표: 사용자 식별자, 표시명, 최고 기록, 기록에 사용한 캐릭터 정보를 이용하여 기록을 저장하고 순위를 표시합니다. 표시명, 기록, 캐릭터 및 순위는 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다.
게임 저장: 진행 상황, 업적 진행도 및 설정을 이용자 기기에 저장합니다. 에픽 클라우드 저장을 이용하는 경우 해당 파일은 에픽게임즈의 서비스를 통해 동기화될 수 있습니다.
고객지원: 문의자가 제공한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 이용하여 요청을 처리합니다. 비밀번호, 결제 카드 전체 번호 또는 불필요한 민감정보를 문의에 포함하지 마세요.
에픽게임즈는 인증과 서비스 제공 과정의 네트워크·기기·진단 정보를 자체 방침에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.
3. 제공업체와 공개 범위
온라인 인증, 업적 및 순위표에는 Epic Online Services를 이용하며, 게임 배포 및 클라우드 저장에는 에픽게임즈 서비스를 이용합니다. 미니멈스튜디오가 별도로 운영하는 순위표 서버는 없습니다. 미니멈스튜디오는 고객지원 문의를 처리합니다.
순위표의 표시명·기록·캐릭터·순위가 공개됩니다. 에픽이 별도로 제공하는 프로필·업적 정보의 공개 범위는 해당 플랫폼의 설정과 방침에 따릅니다.
본 완전판에는 광고·협찬 또는 사용자 제작 콘텐츠 기능이 없습니다. 에픽 계정 정보는 인증 및 게임 서비스 제공에 필요한 목적으로 처리합니다.
4. 보유 기간과 삭제
로그인에 필요한 계정 정보는 해당 인증 및 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안만 처리합니다. 온라인 업적·순위표 기록은 해당 게임 서비스를 제공하는 동안 기록을 유지하는 데 필요한 범위에서 보관합니다.
검증된 이용자 삭제 요청, 에픽게임즈의 삭제 요청, 서비스 종료 등으로 처리 목적이 없어지면 미니멈스튜디오가 관리하는 계정 정보를 지체 없이 안전하게 삭제하거나 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 처리합니다. 에픽이 관리하는 게임 서비스 기록의 삭제는 에픽의 처리 절차에 따라 요청하고 결과를 확인합니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 그 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 분리하여 보관하며 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
고객지원 문의는 요청 처리 및 필요한 업무 기록 유지에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하고, 필요성이 없어지면 삭제합니다.
기기의 로컬 저장 파일은 이용자가 삭제할 수 있습니다. 클라우드 파일과 에픽 계정 정보는 에픽의 별도 삭제 절차가 적용될 수 있습니다. 기기의 파일을 삭제하는 것만으로 온라인 기록이 삭제되지는 않습니다.
5. 국외 처리
Epic Online Services를 통한 인증·업적·순위표 처리를 위해 정보가 대한민국 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
수령·처리 주체: Epic Games, Inc. 및 해당 서비스의 공개된 수탁업체.
처리 국가: 에픽은 미국 소재 EOS 수탁업체 목록을 공개하고 있으며, 자사 방침에서 미국 및 다른 국가에서의 처리를 안내합니다. 업체 소재지가 모든 서버의 물리적 위치를 의미하지는 않으며 실제 처리 위치는 에픽의 서비스 운영에 따릅니다. 관련 처리 정보가 변경되면 고지를 갱신합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 문의
이용자는 적용되는 법령에 따른 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 등에 관한 요청을 아래 이메일로 할 수 있습니다. 미니멈스튜디오는 요청 처리에 필요한 최소한의 정보로 요청자를 확인하고, 당사가 관리하는 정보와 에픽이 독립적으로 관리하는 정보의 처리 경로를 안내합니다. 보호자도 아동 관련 문의 또는 삭제 요청을 할 수 있습니다.
미니멈스튜디오는 정보의 무단 접근·변경·유출을 방지하기 위한 합리적인 관리적·기술적 조치를 적용합니다. 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 방침과 필요한 공지를 갱신합니다.

1. Scope
Minimum Studio Corp. processes information needed for login, achievements, online leaderboards, game saves, and customer support in CatGirl Survivor Complete Edition on the Epic Games Store. Epic independently provides Epic accounts, store purchases, and launcher services, which are also governed by its own privacy policy.
2. Information and purposes
Login and account linking: Epic account identifiers, game service user identifiers, and display names are used to authenticate players. The basic profile permission may also include account language and linked account display names. Minimum Studio does not receive your Epic account password.
Achievements: unlocked achievements, unlock times, and achievement progress in game save files are processed to show and synchronize achievement status.
Online leaderboards: user identifiers, display names, highest scores, and the character used for a score are processed to store records and show rankings. Display names, scores, characters, and ranks are visible to other players.
Game saves: progress, achievement progress, and settings are stored on your device. If you use Epic cloud saves, these files may be synchronized through Epic services.
Support: we use the email address and inquiry you provide to handle your request. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information. Epic may process network, device, and diagnostic information under its own policy when providing its services.
3. Providers and visibility
Epic Online Services provides online authentication, achievements, and leaderboards. Epic services provide game distribution and cloud saves. Minimum Studio does not operate a separate leaderboard server. Minimum Studio handles support inquiries.
Leaderboard display names, scores, characters, and ranks are public. The visibility of profiles and achievements separately provided by Epic depends on its platform settings and policies. This Complete Edition has no advertising, sponsorship, or user-generated-content features. Epic account data is processed for authentication and the game services.
4. Retention and deletion
Account information needed for login is processed only for as long as necessary to authenticate users and provide the service. Online achievements and leaderboard records are retained to the extent needed to maintain those records while the game service operates.
When the purpose ends, including after a verified user deletion request, an Epic deletion request, or service termination, Minimum Studio promptly and securely deletes the account information it controls or makes it non-identifiable. For game service records controlled by Epic, we request deletion through its procedures and confirm the outcome. Information subject to a legal retention duty is kept separately for the required period and is not used for other purposes.
Support inquiries are kept for the time needed to handle the request and maintain necessary business records, then deleted when no longer needed. You can delete local saves on your device. Epic account and cloud-file deletion may require Epic procedures. Deleting a local file does not delete online records.
5. International processing
Information may be processed outside South Korea when Epic Online Services provides authentication, achievements, and leaderboards. The recipients and processors include Epic Games, Inc. and the publicly listed providers for the applicable services.
Epic lists EOS subprocessors with locations in the United States. Epic also states that its services can process information in the United States and other countries. A company address does not establish the physical location of every server; actual locations depend on Epic service operations. We update the notice when relevant processing information changes.
The information includes necessary account and game service identifiers, display names, achievements, scores, character records, and service operation information. It is transmitted through service connections when players log in, unlock achievements, or submit or query leaderboard records. The purposes are authentication, achievement synchronization, leaderboard operation, and service security and maintenance. Retention follows the necessity and deletion criteria above. Epic independently processes its own account and store data under its policy.

6. Rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable law provides these rights. Minimum Studio verifies requests using the minimum information necessary, and explains the routes for data it controls and data Epic independently controls. Parents or guardians may also make inquiries or deletion requests concerning children.
Minimum Studio applies reasonable organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We update this policy and applicable notices when our processing changes.
