1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

이름, 이메일, 전화번호는 게임 이용에 요구하지 않습니다. 닉네임과 점수는 다른 이용자에게 공개되므로 실명 등 개인정보를 닉네임으로 쓰지 마세요.

코인, 스킨, 미션, 출석, 설정, 알림 동의 시각은 이용자 기기에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다. 앱을 삭제해도 서버의 랭킹 기록은 자동으로 삭제되지 않습니다.

2. 광고와 맞춤형 광고

앱은 Google AdMob으로 배너, 전면, 선택형 보상 광고를 보여줍니다. iOS에서는 추적 허용 여부를 묻고, 거부해도 게임을 이용할 수 있으며 iOS 설정에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. Android에서는 기기 설정의 광고 메뉴에서 광고 ID를 관리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용: Google 광고, Google 개인정보처리방침.

3. 광고성 알림

동의한 경우에만 기기에 예약된 로컬 알림으로 저녁 7시경 기록 추월, 출석, 미션 소식을 보냅니다. 알림 내용 생성에 필요한 라이벌 정보는 랭킹 서버에서 받아오며, 알림 발송을 위해 별도 정보를 서버에 보내지 않습니다. 동의는 2년마다 다시 확인하며, 앱 홈 화면의 종 버튼으로 언제든 거부할 수 있고, 거부해도 게임 이용에 제한이 없습니다.

4. 제3자 제공과 국외 이전

회사는 랭킹에 공개되는 정보 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 랭킹 서버는 회사가 대한민국에서 직접 운영합니다. 광고 처리를 위해 위 광고 정보가 앱 이용 중 네트워크를 통해 Google LLC(미국 등, 문의: 개인정보 문의)로 전송될 수 있으며, 보유 기간은 Google 정책을 따릅니다. 거부하려면 iOS 추적 거부 또는 Android 광고 ID 삭제를 이용하세요. 이 경우에도 비맞춤형 광고는 표시될 수 있습니다.

5. 파기와 안전 조치

보유 기간이 끝났거나 삭제 요청을 받은 정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없게 삭제합니다. 계정 키는 해시로만 저장하고, 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

닉네임은 랭킹 화면에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지는 team@minimumstudio.net으로 제목 “Neon Orbit 개인정보 요청”과 닉네임을 적어 요청하세요. 개인정보 침해 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118)에서도 받을 수 있습니다.

7. 아동

이 게임은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동임을 알면서 별도의 개인정보를 받지 않으며, 법정대리인은 위 이메일로 확인과 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Neon Orbit Privacy Policy

1. Information and purposes

We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to play. Nicknames and scores are visible to other players, so do not use personal information as a nickname. Coins, skins, missions, attendance, settings and notification consent time stay on your device and are removed with the app. Removing the app does not delete your leaderboard record.

2. Advertising

The app shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. On iOS, the app asks for tracking permission; you can refuse and still play, and change this in iOS Settings. On Android, manage your advertising ID in device settings. See Google advertising and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Promotional notifications

Only with your consent, the app schedules local notifications around 7 PM about passed records, attendance and missions. Rival details come from the ranking server; nothing extra is sent to send notifications. We re-confirm consent every two years. Turn them off anytime with the bell button on the home screen; refusing does not limit the game.

4. Sharing and international transfer

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties beyond the public leaderboard. Minimum Studio runs the ranking server in the Republic of Korea. Advertising data may be transferred over the network to Google LLC (United States and elsewhere) while you use the app, and kept under Google's policies.

5. Deletion and security

Information is deleted once its retention period ends or on request. Account keys are stored only as hashes, and connections use HTTPS.

6. Your rights

Change your nickname in the ranking screen. For access, correction, deletion or suspension, email team@minimumstudio.net with the subject “Neon Orbit privacy request” and your nickname.

7. Children

This game is not directed to children. A parent or guardian can contact us to request review and deletion.
