iOS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the App Store version of Video Poker Instant, including the update introducing Google AdMob. The Facebook game and website policy covers those separate services. Store and service providers also publish their own privacy notices.

Information used by the game

• Account and game records. The game uses a game account identifier, authentication credentials issued by its sign-in services, nickname, selected avatar and cosmetics, virtual balance, progress, game results and ranking records. Unity Authentication supports game sign-in, including Sign in with Apple where used. Minimum Studio's backend, hosted using Amazon Web Services, and Firebase authentication and database services support account verification, profiles, inventory and rankings. Requests also expose an IP address and technical connection information.
• Information visible to players. Your nickname, selected avatar and relevant game or ranking results can appear to other players. Avoid entering your real name or contact information in your nickname.
• Purchases. Apple processes App Store payments. The game and its purchasing and verification services use product identifiers, transaction references, receipts and delivery or restoration records to verify purchases, deliver virtual items and avoid duplicate grants. Minimum Studio does not receive your complete payment-card details.
• Device data. Preferences, language, account references, game state and transaction-processing records may be stored locally. Removing the app can remove local information that has not been stored on a server.
• Analytics and reliability. The app includes Google Analytics for Firebase. Its integration may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, sessions, interactions, purchase events, diagnostics and approximate location derived from network information to understand usage and troubleshoot problems. Advertising-related data handling is described below.
• Support. If you contact us, we receive your email address and information you provide, such as a nickname, issue description or transaction reference. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

Advertising and privacy choices

The updated iOS app uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable advertising privacy choices. Ad services may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app-scoped identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, crash reports and performance information. These support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, reliability and fraud prevention. Older releases may use Unity advertising services.

The app requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before initializing its advertising integration. Access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) requires permission; declining or restricted permission does not authorize tracking. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings. Where required, the app displays advertising consent options. When UMP makes privacy options available, you can reopen them using the advertising privacy button in the game's Settings. Personalized advertising and identifier availability depend on applicable consent, device permissions and provider settings. You can play without granting optional tracking permission.

Rewarded advertisements are optional and their in-game benefit depends on completion of the relevant conditions. Privacy choices do not increase reward limits or guarantee that an ad will be available.

Use, recipients and processing locations

We use information to operate and secure the game, identify returning players, synchronize profiles and inventory, maintain rankings, deliver purchases and rewards, prevent duplicate grants and misuse, provide advertisements, diagnose problems and answer support requests. Depending on the processing and your location, applicable grounds may include providing the service, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Recipients include providers involved in the features above: Apple, Unity Authentication and purchasing technology, Google Firebase, Google AdMob/UMP, and hosting and infrastructure providers. Information may be processed outside your country where these services operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

Retention, access and deletion

We retain information as needed to operate the features described here, handle support, investigate security issues, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Providers retain records under their own policies. We use safeguards to protect information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can request account deletion through the game's Settings. This initiates removal of the game's profile and ranking records and clears local account data. Purchase, payment or other records subject to legal, security or dispute obligations may be retained. Removing the app alone does not delete server records or Apple's payment records. Store billing and refund requests are handled separately by Apple.

To request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights, contact team@minimumstudio.net with the subject “Video Poker iOS privacy request”. Provide enough information to identify your account without sending a password. We may request limited verification and will explain restrictions that prevent completing a request. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing and contact your local privacy authority where applicable.

Audience and updates

Video Poker Instant contains simulated casino gameplay and is not directed to children. Its virtual items have no cash-out function. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request. We update this policy when the game's information practices change and show the latest date above.
